My goal is to create a sustainable business through Dynamo, where young people not only get skilled but also employed, not at the mercy of anyone but by their abilities and talents. I am a graduate of Drama from Makerere University and Marketing Management from Uganda Management Institute, a practicing marketer, producer, and director by naturalization. I am the holder of the 2012 best male director People’s Theatre Award from Makerere University Music Dance and Drama Department.

I have directed productions for the stage that have been watched by more than 50,000 people in the past five years alone. My works include Shakespeare’s King Lear, Gogol’s Government Inspector, Moliere’s Imaginary Invalid, Imbuga’s Betrayal in the City, Scovia Nnasamba’s The Investor, George Ngobi’s Loud Silence and a stage adaptation of Charles Dickens’s A Christmas Carol among many other plays and novel adaptations.

As a Marketer, I continue to stress the importance of having professional marketing personnel in the Arts industry. We live by this at Dynamo, implementing well-planned and sustainable strategies through product development, visibility, distribution, and customer service. This has not only seen us grow but grow sustainably too.

I also help make other businesses better by training small business owners, self-employed individuals, young marketers, and salespeople on the best practice and how best to apply them locally. This I do through my periodical workshops where I train at least 20 people with each cohort.

I have recently ventured into TV production as our portfolio of products at Dynamo continues to expand, but to also be part of the beneficiaries of the growing TV content market.
